Terms and Conditions of Service
Last Updated: 21 Feb 2024
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the licensing and insurance services provided by Canprop License (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). These terms describe your legal rights and obligations as a customer (“you,” “your,” or the “Client”) when purchasing general license products and insurance policies through this website or our offices.
By accessing our services, submitting an application, or receiving products from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety.
2. Scope of Services
Canprop License facilitates the acquisition and management of professional, business, vehicle, and real estate licenses, alongside life and health insurance portfolios. We act as an intermediary and processing agent; final approval of any license or insurance policy is subject to the respective regulatory authorities and underwriting guidelines.
3. Customer Obligations and Duty of Disclosure
Insurance and licensing rely on the principle of utmost good faith. You are required to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information during the application process. Failure to disclose relevant facts—whether regarding your health, business operations, driving history, or professional background—may result in the immediate cancellation of your policy, denial of your license, or rejection of future claims.
4. Premiums, Payments, and Default
Your premium and licensing payments are due on the agreed-upon policy start date, annual renewal date, or at monthly intervals as outlined in your specific Credit Agreement with us.
-
Non-Payment: If premiums or fees are not paid in accordance with the payment schedule, we reserve the right to cancel your policy.
-
Consequences of Default: If your policy is canceled due to non-payment, all benefits and coverage will immediately cease. You will not be entitled to a refund for any premiums previously paid.
5. Policy and License Amendments
You have the right to request changes to your existing policies or license details. To initiate a modification, a formal Policy Amendment Form must be completed and submitted to Canprop License. Please be advised that any adjustments to your coverage limits, risk profile, or license type may result in a corresponding recalculation of your premium or processing fees.
6. Cancellation Rights and Procedures
Cancellation by Canprop License: We reserve the right to cancel your policy or service agreement by providing seven (7) days’ written notice via registered mail to your last known address.
-
Refund Eligibility: If no claim has been made, we will issue a pro-rata refund of your premium proportionate to the unexpired time on your policy. If a claim has been made, or an incident that may give rise to a claim has been reported, no premium refund will be issued.
-
Return of Documents: Within seven (7) days of the effective cancellation date, your original Certificate of License must be returned to our offices. If the certificate has been lost or destroyed, a sworn affidavit signed by a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public in your jurisdiction must be submitted.
Cancellation by the Customer: You may cancel your policy subject to the specific terms outlined in your individual insurance binder or licensing agreement. Administrative fees may apply for early termination.
7. Website Accuracy and Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide precise and up-to-date information, the details regarding general license products and insurance coverages published on this website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or pricing discrepancies.
-
Pricing Corrections: Canprop License expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and to revoke or amend quotations made under an incorrect price.
-
Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the descriptions displayed on this website. Canprop License disclaims all liability for errors, processing delays caused by external government bodies, or financial losses arising from reliance on website materials.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal, medical, and financial data. Any sensitive information collected during the processing of your life/health insurance or professional licenses will be handled in strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain.
